When getting information from the customer We asked as many questions as possible to get an idea of the picture. A few of these questions can help us determine the level of infestation. Questions like How long have you been dealing with roaches? How many people live in the home? Does everybody eat in their rooms or the kitchen area?
If you have been dealing with roaches for years and have a lot of people in your home that often don’t clean up after themselves this can be considered a high-level infestation.
Here’s some advice when dealing with a high infestation.

We would suggest getting everybody in the household that lives together and maintaining some rules to help control the infestation. Rules such as
1No eating in your room, only eats in the kitchen area for a few months.
2 when preparing food clean up after yourself.
3 Take the trash out every night.
4 Sweeping and mopping the kitchen and bathroom floors weekly.
Clean
I think we all know by now that cleaning is essential when it comes to dealing with passing roaches. But when you’re dealing with a high-level infestation or severe case, cleaning daily is essential. We recommend these five cleaning tips.
1Watch all dishes every night and dry out the kitchen sink. You can dry out the sink by using an alcohol or bleach solution This helps absorb the moisture very quickly.
2 purchase a covered trash can and remove trash nightly.
3 Use an alcohol or bleach solution to wipe all sides of appliances down.
4Sweep and mop kitchen and bathroom floors at least weekly.
5 Wipe out kitchen cabinets with a bleach or alcohol solution.
Use lots of glue board
Glue boards or as professionals we call them pests monitors are very effective. They usually want to eliminate your problem by themselves but they will help control and give the necessary information to help eliminate the infestation.
If you’re dealing with a high infestation you definitely want glue boards strategically placed around the house in the kitchen. Here are a few places we would suggest.
1 First of all place glue boards where you see roaches This means that if you’ve been eating in your room and you’ve seen roaches in your room put glue boards in there.
2 place glue boards around and behind kitchen appliances.
3 behind food in cabinet areas.
Eliminate food sources
You’re probably thinking to yourself well this is common sense. Well, you’re probably right but an inspection will help you figure out what’s exactly the roaches are feeding. Figuring out what roaches need to survive and what’s items they can survive in your house is necessary. Here are a few more suggestions.
